Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://eventvenueboulder.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Scope of Services. Through this Site, JZZ Executive Lounge markets and arranges Event Venue, Party Venue, Private Event Hosting, Executive Lounge Rental, Wedding Reception, Birthday Party Venue, Bachelor Party Venue, Bachelorette Party Venue. All work is performed under separate written agreement.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
IP Rights. All material on this Site is owned by JZZ Executive Lounge or its content suppliers. Use of any content without prior written authorization is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. JZZ Executive Lounge reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Warranty Disclaimer. JZZ Executive Lounge makes no representations or warranties about the Site or its content. Your use of the Site is solely at your own risk.
Limitation. In no event will JZZ Executive Lounge's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold JZZ Executive Lounge harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Law and Venue. CO law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in CO.
Updates. JZZ Executive Lounge reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
